Strategic Communications

Thanks to their reputation for integrity and ethics, the Keeney Group is positioned to guide strategic communications between client interests and State Government officials, including the Executive Branch, key State Legislators, appropriate local and State Commissions and even members of the Virginia delegation in Congress.  Timing, sensitivity and confidentiality are key components in these types of strategic communications.

Regulatory Agency Representation

We successfully represent, monitor, and participate with state regulatory agencies. Regulatory agencies deal in the area of administrative law (codifying and enforcing rules and regulations and imposing supervision or oversight for the benefit of the public at large).  They are the authorities who are set up to enforce standards and safety, or to oversee use of public goods and regulate commerce.

National Advocacy

We can assist national organizations with their grassroots efforts and advocacy efforts. Although we do not work in our national capitol or on Federal Issues, we are primed to help national associations with their efforts.
